Steps to make Apple Crumbled Cheese Cake:
  1. Combine crushed biscuits & melted butter, press into the bottom of a 9* cake tin
  2. Peel, core and cut the apples into chunks, place them into a bowl. Stir in 55gm of the sugar and lemon rind. Add the lemon juice and raisins and stir to blend.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until soft and smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in whipping cream and cornstarch, mix well.
  4. Arrange the prepared apples filling onto the base, pour in cheese mixture, spread well.
  5. To make topping, combine flour and sugar, rub in butter until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 1 hour 20 mins. Cool completely and refrigerate. Serve cool.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
