  2. Prepare 200 g porridge oats

Process muesli and apples in a food processor until very finely chopped. See more ideas about aamupala, ruoka. These were something I recently created by fluke. Turned out everyone in the house loved them so I got a bit more creative with them.

Instructions to make Muesli breakfast bars:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and add the mashed bananas.
  3. Heat the agave syrup, coconut oil and nut butter in a saucepan over a low heat until combined.
  4. Add the wet mix to the mixture and stir well until everything is combined. Mix in the coconut yoghurt.
  5. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the mix on top, around 2,5cm thick.
  6. Bake for 20min
  7. Remove from the oven, leave to cool slightly and then divide into bars.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

These were something I recently created by fluke. Turned out everyone in the house loved them so I got a bit more creative with them. Cut into bars and keep them in the refrigerator for a quick snack. You can also use melted butter and honey as a binder, pressing the mixture into a pan and letting it firm up. These gluten-free, oil-free, sugar-free homemade granola bars are super healthy!
