  1. Prepare the Chia- mix chia seeds into just enough milk so the chia can absorb it. Set aside in the fridge until gelatinous.
  2. Prepare the Cream- mix stevia or your choice of sugar substitute with the cream until you're satisfied with the sweetness level. Set aside.
  3. Lay cookies/crackers on the bottom of your container. I used Fita, similar to Marie biscuits in taste. You can use Graham cookies also.
  4. Add the prepared cream on top of the cookie layer.
  5. Add graham powder on top of the cream layer. As much as you want.
  6. Add the prepared Chia on top of the graham layer.
  7. Add another layer of cream. I made mine thin, but you can add more.
  8. Sprinkle some graham powder on top.
  9. Lastly, add the mixed berries. Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
