  1. Prepare 2 cup Oatmeal
  2. Get 1 cup Protein Powder
  3. Get 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

  6. Get 1/4 cup Milk
  7. Make ready 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

  1. Get out 2 medium mixing bowls and 1 8x8 or 9x9 pan to spread mixture in.
  2. Add Oatmeal and Protein Powder to one bowl, stir them together and set them aside.
  3. Put all remaining ingredients into a microwave safe dish and warm for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir melted ingredients together.
  5. Poor melted mixture over oatmeal and protein powder then mix until all dry ingredients are covered.
  6. Spread in greased pan.
  7. Cut into 8-10 pieces when while they are soft (makes it much easier) then place in the refrigerator.
  8. Keep the bars cool until you are ready to eat. Enjoy.
