Dulce de Leche is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. Dulce de Leche is something which I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have dulce de leche using 2 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Dulce de Leche:
  1. Get 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
  2. Prepare Pinch kosher salt
Instructions to make Dulce de Leche:
  1. Preheat oven to 425ΒΊ
  2. Pour the condensed milk into a small glass baking pan
  3. Place the pan in a slightly larger pan
  4. Pour water in the 2nd pan so it is halfway up the side of the small pan, creating a bain-marie.
  5. Place both on a half-sheet baking pan. This will help you avoid any steam from the bain-marie when you remove the pan from the oven.
  6. Cover the small pan with a sheet of foil.
  7. Place the pan in the oven, whisking every 20 minutes. Add water to the bain-marie as needed.
  8. Remove once the milk has thickened and turned caramel brown.
  9. Using a spatula, scrape the sides of the small baking dish, then whisk into the dulce.
  10. Refrigerate the remainder in the fridge. The remainder is what's left after you gobble down a few tablespoons for quality control.
  11. Warm to serve.
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
