- Soak Chickpeas overnight and strain. Add to the pressure cooker to boil for 6 whistles. Strain and add to the blender
- Add to the blender Thandai Powder, Honey and salt and blend smooth.
- Add Choco chips to it now and the Choco chips will melt as the chickpeas were hot. I didn’t use double boiler method or put in microwave
- Make small balls and plate. Enjoy a healthy cookie dough
