- Add the poha to a non stick pan and dry roast on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
- Take off heat and let cool completely
- Dry grind the poha into a course mix
- Melt 2 tablespoon ghee in a non stick pan
- Add the cashews and raisins to the pan
- Sauté on Low heat until cashews are brown and raisins puff up
- Once done, take off heat and keep them aside
- Add the poha now and roast for 3-4 minutes on Low heat
- Add water now and mix well
- Once lump free add 2 teaspoon ghee and mix
- Add the cardamom powder, colour and jaggery
- Combine by mixing continuously for 2 minutes
- Once the mixture comes together, add the cashews and raisins
- Mix and take off heat
- Enjoy warm !
