  4. Add green cardamon and cloves to same ghee pan
  5. Add one layer of cooked and sugar keep some cooked rice for colour
  6. Cook the rice and sugar on slow flame
  7. Colour the remaining rice in different colour
  8. After 10 minutes mix the rice and sugar with chammat do not over mix we do not want break the rice grain cook again 5 minutes on high flame
  9. Add colour rice and Add malai pedha keep 2 pedha for garnishing mix well cook 2 minutes
  10. Add all dry fruits and garnishing with pedha and serve
  11. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
