- अब दूध हमारा बनने लगा है यह जो कस्टर्ड का घोल रखा हुआ है इसको हम दूध में थोड़ा-थोड़ा डालेंगे और चलाते रहेंगे जब तक कि यह अच्छे से उबलने ना लगे जब यह उबलने लगेगा तो 2 मिनट के लिए पक आएंगे फिर गैस बंद कर देंगे और इसको ठंडा होने के लिए छोड़ देंगे
- अब व्हिप्ड क्रीम ले लेंगे और उसको भी अच्छे से फैट लेंगे और एक पाइपिंग बैग में भर लेंगे
- अब ओरियो बिस्कुट को हम मिक्सी में डालकर के अच्छे से पीस लेंगे
- अब एक बाउल ले लेंगे उसमें ओरियो बिस्कुट डाल लेंगे और जो हमारा पिघला हुआ बटर है उसको डाल देंगे और ओरियो बिस्कुट में अच्छे से मिला देंगे
- अब हमारी तीनों चीज़ तैयार हो गई है अब उसे सेट करते हैं
- अबे कोई बड़ा कांच का बाबू ले लेंगे जो चौकोर में हो क्योंकि गोल में बनाते नहीं बनेगा इसलिए अगर चौकोर होगा तो ही अच्छा रहेगा नहीं तो आप घर में रखे किसी डिब्बे पर भी बना सकती हैं चाहे वह प्लास्टिक का हो यह कांच का हो
- अब हम एक चौकोर बाउल ले लेंगे पहले हम ओरियो बिस्कुट को अच्छे से चैट कर देंगे उसके ऊपर कस्टर्ड लगा देंगे जो बना करके रखा हुआ है और सबसे ऊपर क्रीम लगा देंगे तो यह 3 लेयर हमारी बन जाएगी अब इसको हम सेट करके फ्रिज में रख देंगे और ठंडा होने के बाद फ्रोजन डेजर्ट बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा खुद खाएं और लोगों को खिलाएं
