  3. Mix it with egg beater for 3 to 4 min. Leave it for half an hour for rest. Now take a pan add ghee (not oil) heat it on mid flame.
  4. Take a big ladle pore it with batter & drop it into pan.it own takes a shape. With the help of tongs change the side.
  5. After fry proper brown take out from pan. Serve it with rabri & garnish with chopped dry fruits.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
