- Add the sifted flour and mix in a cutting motion, without kneading.
- Divide the dough 1:3 and mix cocoa powder into the 1 portion.
- Add the flour listed under later additions to the rest of the dough, and mix.
- Dust the sheet and rolling pin with flour so the dough won't stick to it.
- Stretch out the plain dough as much as you can by hand.
- Use a rolling pin to stretch it to a 5 mm thickness.
- Cut out round shapes.
- Cut some of the cocoa dough into ovals and stick them to the plain dough.
- Stick two sesame seed size pieces of cocoa dough on for the nose.
- Add the mouth, shaped as you like.
- Add Jack's characteristic stitches.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160℃, and they're done.
