  2. Deseed all the dates and smash Very well. Heat a pan add ghee & smashed dates cooking medium flame till date becomes very soft add Oats, makhana,raisins, black Currant and roasted dry fruits (Almonds, cashews, walnuts and pista) mix well by pressing with spatula.
  3. When mix well turn off flame. Transfer in a rectangular plate press with spatula and cool it completely cut with knife.
