- Cook until sugar is dissolved.
- Cook until syrup thickens.
- Set aside.
- Mix well.
- Reserve half for later use.
- Dish spread evenly
- Ricotta cheese / khoya layer
- Reserved vermicelli.
- Spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins
- Warm sugar syrup
- Pour generously
- Pista Decorate
- Serve 10-12 people.
