  7. spoon over the biscuit and bake for 1-1 and a quarter hours, or until golden on top
  8. turn off the oven, leave the door ajar and leave the cheesecake in it to cool.
  9. when cool, dust cocoa on top.
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
