  1. In a medium bowl Whisk flour, cinnamon, salt, b. Soda, set aside.
  2. In an electric mixer beat butter and sugars on medium high unitil light and fluffy About 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each.beat on high 2 minute. Add vanilla.
  3. Turn mixer on low. Add flour mixture. Mix until combined. Add oats and chocolate chips. Mix just until combined. Chill dough 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop. Place cookies on sheet 2* apart.
  5. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are lightly Brown and center is still soft snd unset. Cool 5 minutes on sheet. Move to cooling rack. Cool completely. ( You can swap out the chocolate chips for raisins and add nuts ) .
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
