- Grind the biscuits into a coarse powder & mix melted butter & put the biscuit base onto the springform base & level it with spoon or glass. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese,along with mango pulp. Then fold the whipped cream. Add this cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base. Same procedure if you are using glass or shot glasses. Pipe the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag.
- Let it set in the refrigerator overnight. Then next day, Release the cheese cake from the pan. Slice the mangoes as shown in the video & arrange to form a flower. Decorate & enjoy
