  6. Prepare 1 tbsp cornflour
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  8. Prepare 8 biscuits (I am using digestive)
  9. Take 2 tbsp melted butter
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup mango puree
  11. Prepare 1 tsp agar agar powder
  12. Prepare 4 tsp hot water
Instructions to make Mango Cheese Cake:
  1. Crush the biscuits and add butter. Mix them properly. Now in a loose bottom cake tin put this biscuits mix and press it down gently. Bake at 180° for 5 min. Cool down completely.
  2. In a big bowl mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with spatula. Add cream, curd, cornflour, vanilla essence and mango puree. Mix it properly with hand whisk.
  3. Now pour this mixture on biscuit layer and cover sides of the tin with silver foil (Place cake tin on alluminium foil and cover sides).
  4. Now put this tin in baking tray and add 1 cup water in the tray (the alluminium foil secures the cake from water). Bake this cake in preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 40 min. Cool down completely and put in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Soak agar agar powder in hot water for 10 min. In a pan take mango puree and add agar agar powder mixture. Cook for 2 to 3 min. Pour it on chilled cheese cake. Again set for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Note:- Check after 35 min if it does not stick to your hands then its done. (Every oven has different temperature so Please check yours.)
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
