Instructions to make No Bake Mango CheeseCake:
  1. You will need a springform pan for this recipe to get the perfect look. I already had the mango puree, which cuts down on the time. Halal gelatin is used and though agar agar can be used as well, I have no idea about the proportion. But if you are using Powdered agar agar then it will be in same proportion.Put the biscuits in the blender to make the crumb of it or you can do it manually also with rolling pin. Transfer the crushed b8scuits in a bowl then add sugar and butter to it and mix.
  2. Mix them very well and set it in the base of the springform pan and level it evenly then put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Meanwhile let's prepare the filling for that first dissolve the gelatin in hot water from the ingredients mentioned in the filling. When it dissolve well then keep it aside and in a big bowl add all the above mentiined ingredients of the filling except the dissolve gelatin and mix very well.
  3. If you have electric hand blender then use it for mixing or mix it with a whisk. Once every thing is well mixed and form like a cream then add the dissolve gelatin to it and mix again. Mix it for a good 2-3 minutes then take out the pan from the refrigerator and pour the mixture on top of the set crust and tap for 4-5 times and again keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Now let's prepare the glaze for that again dissolve the gelatin in hot water and mix very well when mix completely then keep it aside and if needed add sugar in the mango puree beat it well and add the dissolve gelatin and mix very well. Once the filling is set add the glaze on top of it and tap very gently and again keep it in the refrigerator to set for a minimum of 8 hours or preferably over night. Once set completely then take it out and demould from the pan and serve.
  5. You can even decorate it with some mango cubes or berries or any other fruit of your choice and it's totally optional. While demoulding first run a knife through the edges all oven then gently open the springform pan and transfer it to the serving dish. Make it and enjoy it with your loved ones.
  6. Tips:- the crust crumb should be like a sand it shouldn't be dry else it will not set. If the gelatin set before adding to the filling or glaze then microwave it for 30 seconds or warm it in a low flame on stope top then add.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
