  1. First, boil water in a pan. Add cornflour and cook till it thickens. When you get a paste, remove from fire. Cool slightly and add milk powder. Whisk well till you get a thick paste. Keep aside.
  2. Then blend together mango puree, cream cheese, cheese slices, hung curd and honey. Add the cornflour paste and whisk well. Strain and chill until used.
  3. Grind the digestive biscuits and granola to a coarse powder. Add 2 tablespoons milk and mix.(When you press it, it should get pressed well and not crumble). Use more milk of needed.
  4. Now line a cupcake tin with paper cups. Grease with melted butter. Or use silicon cups. Press 1 tablespoon of mixture in each mold at the base.
  5. Chill it for 30 minutes. Then take out and fill the tops with mango cheesecake mixture.
  6. Tap well and cover with foil. Freeze for 2 hours. Take out from freezer and let it stand for 15 minutes till it softtens a little.
  7. To serve, garnish with slices of mango, rose petals and mint leaves. Delicious mango cheesecake cups are ready to enjoy!😋
