Instructions to make No bake Mango Cheese Cake:
  1. Firstly, crushed all marie biscuits with pestle and mortar and spread it in springform cake mold. Pour melted butter and mix it well.
  2. Spread it equally on the mold base. Take a cup or bowl and press it well. To make sure it is spread evenly or not. Once it’s do e put it in fridge for 10 mins.
  3. In the mean while, cut one mango and put it in blender and make a puree. Keep a side.
  4. Take hot boiling water in a cup and add gelatin in it. Dissolve it and leave it for10 mins.
  5. Tine to beat cream cheese with sugar on high speed in in one bowl.
  6. Add gelatin, crushed lemon zest and lemon juice.
  7. In another bowl, pour cream and condensed milk and beat it again.
  8. Por cream mixture in cream cheese mixture as well as mango puree. Mix it well and pour whole mixture on marie biscuit crust.
  9. Cut mangoes. And create your own design. I cut and gave rose shape on the top. Again make a mixture if gelatin and pour it on mangoes. Garnish with mint and refrigerate until it sets.
  10. Serve cold, creamy and cheesy, sweet and tangy dessert to your loved ones.
