  2. In another bowl.Take out the cream cheese until softened. Add 1/2 cup sour cream, The rule of thumb ìs for every half of cream cheese,add 1 egg and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs one a at times making sure you scrape the bowl after each egg. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Mix the two batters together.
  4. Pour batter into 3 pie shells in a water bath and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a rack. Each pie serves 8.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
