  5. Using a hand-mixer, whip whipping cream and caster sugar (2) until fluffy
  6. Then using spatula, mix whipped cream part and cream cheese part together until smooth
  7. Separate the batter into two bowls, one more than the other for the two color cake
  8. Add blueberry puree into one of the batter (to be honest I just add it in until I get the purple color I wanted- 1tbsp at a time)
  9. Take out the base part from the fridge
  10. Pour in the white batter first then the purple batter (the one blueberry puree mixed in)
  11. Decorate using blueberry puree and fresh blueberries and additional whipped cream as desire
  12. Fridge the cake for at least 4 hours then enjoy (sorry I only have this photo from my IG story LOL we cut it and eat it right away but I will take better photos next time)
  13. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
