  6. mix creamed cheese with condensed milk in a food blender until smooth
  7. grate lemon until you get get shavings of a table spoon
  8. juice lemon with juicer
  9. add zest and juice to cream cheese mix
  10. pour over cream cheese mix over cookie base. spread all over smoothly
  11. refrigerate for 3 hours
