  1. Take 450 g cream cheese
  2. Make ready 200 g White Chocolate Compound
  3. Make ready 20 oreo cookies
  4. Make ready 60 g melted butter

  1. Thaw cream cheese to room temperature
  2. Remove the filling in oreo cookies and set it aside
  3. In a separate bag or container, crush the oreo shells until fine and put it in a pie pan
  4. Add melted butter to crushed oreo and mix
  5. Flatten the oreo on the pan's bottom surface (Note: do not press hard)
  6. Place cream cheese on a bowl and whisk until smooth
  7. In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate until smooth
  8. Once melted and cooled down a bit, combine it with the cream cheese
  9. Mix the mixture and and pour onto the pan
  10. Break the remaining cookies into medium size
  11. Cover with cling wrap and chill for 4 hours until firm
