  2. In a heat-proof bowl, melt 100g dark chocolate over a bain-marie (a pot of simmering water) or with a microwave. Set aside to cool.
  3. Using a silicone spatula, mix the cream cheese and sugar until combined.
  4. Mix in the eggs, one at a time. Then add the melted chocolate and whipping cream. Mix well.
  5. Add the flour and mix until smooth. If there is any lump, simply strain the batter with a sifter.
  6. Line the baking pan (2.75x 6.5 x 2.25* deep pan) with parchment paper and leave an overhang on the sides. Pour the cake batter in.
  7. Break the chocolate bar into smaller chunks. Then place them onto the cake batter.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Once cool, lift out the cake from its pan. Remove the paper and sieve some cocoa powder to cover the top. Slice and enjoy!
