1. If using cookies crush them firstly and place them evenly on the bottom of ramekins or bowls. Same when using brownies. ideally it would be around 2 inches of crushed cookies or brownies. sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of baileys for each portion.
2. whip the cream with two tablespoons of sugar. once whipped and the cream is fluffy add milk and 4 tablespoons of baileys. mix well and place evenly on top of the cookies or brownies.
3. slice the banana and evenly place the slices in each ramekin/bowl
4. melt the chocolate, add three egg yolks, remaining sugar, butter/margerine, and 4 tablespoons of baileys. whisk egg whites til fluffy and add the egg whites to the mix. whisk well. this will be the last layer of this delicious dessert.
5. chill for at least 6 hours in a fridge
