  8. Add the sieved flour, mix with a spatula. Pour the batter into a tin. Drop it lightly to pop air pockets out of the batter.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 170°C. If it starts burning, cover with aluminum foil.
  10. If you let it cool for 1-2 days, it's more tasty.
